Description
The Role:
- You will be responsible for administrative duties, client care letters and the legal process as directed by the fee earner
- Managing email traffic and daily phone calls to clients, estate agents and other third parties
- Carry out ID and compliance checks
- Draft standard documentation and correspondence
- Carry out Land Registry searches
- Create and send mortgage reports/ contract reports
- Requesting searches and management packs
- Checking external portals for updates/ actions
- Providing support in exchanging contracts and setting up of completions of the transaction
- Post completion work
The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 year's recent conveyancing experience
- Possess excellent IT and communications skills
- Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
- Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
- 'Can do' attitude
Salary is dependent on experience.
