We’d been told to expect 12 weeks plus for the process, but Kirsty and her team pushed it through from start to finish in 8 weeks — a huge difference, and they kept us in the loop at every stage to make sure nothing stalled. No chasing them for updates, no vague “we’ll get back to you” silence that you sometimes get with solicitors.
