I am a Senior Conveyancing Executive based in our Histon Office. I joined Hayward Moon in May 2024. I have vast experience in the Cambridge property market having first joined a local firm in Cottenham back in 1989 and staying with them for 12 years. I then spent a number of years working in Central Cambridge and moved to Histon in 2012. I then moved back to Central Cambridge in 2022 where I worked for a large corporate firm before joining Hayward Moon. I have experience in all aspects of residential property including, but not limited to, sales and purchases (registered and unregistered), remortgages and transfer of equity. I have a diverse and loyal Client following and work closely with local Estate Agents where I have built up fantastic relationships to ensure the transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible. I act for a number of high worth Clients including a Park Home Company dealing with a vast number of transactions each year up and down the Country.
I set high standards for myself and pride myself on acting with discretion and always remaining calm under pressure.
In my spare time I particularly enjoy socialising with friends and family, going on holiday and outdoor Boot Camp.
