I am a founding Partner of the firm which was set up in January 2007. I am a qualified Licenced Conveyancer. As well as managing the company I carry out client work which is predominantly development based. The clients that I work with carry out commercial, residential and development transactions throughout England. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of commercial property transactions including the acquisition of large investment portfolios, secured lending and commercial landlord and tenant work. I do, however, specialise in residential and commercial development undertaking the purchase and sale of development sites for clients which often include dealing with option agreements, contracts conditional upon planning, overage arrangements and Promotion Agreements. During my career I have been fortunate enough to be involved with many large regional and nation property projects.
In my free time I am a keen football fan, enjoy travelling and discovering new places, spending time with friends and family and can often be found at one of the local cinemas.
