I am a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and joined Hayward Moon in 2013. I am based in the Ipswich office and specialise in residential transactions for freehold and leasehold properties in England. As well as sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages, I also deal with private charges, independent legal advice and lease extensions. I am also often called upon to complete independent identification verification or to swear oaths. I pride myself on providing a thorough service with regular updates and clear, concise information.
Away from the office I am often elbow deep in crafts with my young children, singing karaoke (badly!) or with my nose in a book.
